EnergyTrades started in 2021 when our founders — a second-generation HVAC contractor and a marketplace engineer — kept hearing the same story: great companies couldn’t find certified techs, great techs couldn’t find them, and facilities were stuck calling vendors one by one.
We set out to fix the broken middle of the trade. By verifying every EPA 608 and NATE credential and applying real matching intelligence, we turned a fragmented industry into a connected network.
